These days most brokers are taking their own pictures with mixed results.  Even the best quality cameras and experienced photographers can’t make a messy, cluttered, or poorly designed (or just a home in its day-to-day condition) look fabulous in a photo.

As an experienced home stager and stylist I have the tools and time to assist you in getting the impressive results you need to publish quality photos online.  I bring you the “props” such as living plants, prints, and decorative accessories. I offer my eye for quickly rearranging furnishings, instant “de-cluttering”of specific areas, and arrange and design photogenic scenarios.  I can be on hand to assist with logistical problems - gathering the best natural light and coordinating efforts for the best results possible.

Costs can be quite minimal for assisting you in your “photo shoot” (from $100), and most times this cost is covered by the homeowner, especially when I work with them in advance to achieve the best results in the shortest amount of time.

An added benefit that I have experienced is that once the homeowner begins to see how much the look of their home benefits from professional styling; they decide to take further measures to insure the home is at its best for subsequent showings.
